About Me

Hi, I’m Luke. I hold a business degree from UW-Oshkosh, and my early career in non-profit management gave me the opportunity to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. It was during that time I discovered my passion for helping others on a more personal and meaningful level.

Faith and a sense of purpose have always been central to my life. I bring compassion, empathy, and curiosity into my work with clients. As both a husband and a father, I understand the challenges of balancing relationships, self-care, and personal growth.

I’m here to support you—wherever you’re starting from—as you move toward greater wholeness and fulfillment. I have a special interest in helping individuals navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, and rediscovering meaning. I also offer a supportive space for men’s mental health, while welcoming anyone looking for thoughtful and encouraging care.
