About Me

Hi, I'm Kim. It takes courage to reach out for help and find the right therapist.   I believe good therapy starts with rapport building, getting to know you, and listening to your needs.  I provide a safe, non-judgmental, empathic place for you to heal and grow.  I walk beside my clients on their journey. 


My areas of experience includes treating trauma/PTSD in a Trauma-Informed Care setting.   I provide Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma Informed Guilt Reduction Therapy, and have worked with a wide range of populations including emergency response personnel, Law Enforcement, and sexual assault survivors. 


I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression,  and also provide help with anxiety, adjustment, chronic pain, substance use problems, addiction, and other living life conditions. 


The best part of my job is watching people feel better and live better!
