About Me

Hey! My name is Anthony. I have a deep passion for connecting with people, and I’d consider it an honor and joy to be a part of your counseling journey. No matter who you are or where you come from, one of my main goals as a counselor is to create a secure and welcoming space for you to be able to share whatever is on your heart and mind. 

I want to encourage you that no matter how dark things may seem, there is hope through healing and growth. Counseling is all about helping you decide what steps forward you are ready to take in your current season of life. I believe counseling will help you see that change is possible and that you can experience healing and growth. 

I have experience supporting individuals suffering from depression and anxiety, trauma and PTSD, marriage and relational conflict, sex-related addiction, existential concerns, anger outbursts, and OCD. I’d love to meet with you to see if I could be of beneficial support on your journey. 

Depending on the needs of each individual, the counseling approaches I often use include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, and Written Exposure Therapy.
