About Me

Hi, I'm Kristen. I'm glad you're here! Taking the step to seek support can feel daunting, but your courage in doing so is the first move toward the transformation you're seeking. I treat mental health conditions with a holistic, trauma-informed approach that considers the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. 

I specialize in working with individuals (age 17+) and couples who have experienced loss, childhood trauma, PTSD, and anxiety, helping them find relief from inner turmoil. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can heal, rebuild, and reclaim your strength. Together, we'll explore how your past affects your present and create strategies to build resilience, growth, and well-being. My methods include somatic and creative arts therapies, Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

With my background in vocational Christian ministry, I also offer unique insights and therapeutic support to current and former ministry families, helping them work through leadership pressures, marriage/parenting issues, burnout, trauma, and spiritual abuse.
